How Membership works

If you spend money in any area of the hotel you accumulate points.

For example –

If you spend $5.00 at the bar you receive 5% i.e $0.25 to spend at the hotel.

Its not redeemable for cash.

Note: its 1% in the bottle shop.


When you lose your card 

You should contact the hotel and we will transfer your points and allocate a new card and card number


When you card does not work

Please visit the hotel and ask a friendly staff member to re-encode your card. If this does not work leave your card in the membership boxes and we will allocate you a new card.



Ensure the reverse side of the card does not come into contact with other cards.

Keep the card away from mobile phones etc

Keep the card clean and away from light
